It’s time to make some changes

Professional therapy for motivated adults who want to get to the root cause of their depression, anxiety, life struggles, or addiction to finally feel like themselves again.

You are the person that always has it together and it makes you feel good to be the one that everybody else can count on. You have been that person for so long.

But now, the pressure to keep it up is overwhelming. You only have a limited amount of time each day, and you spend most of yours caring for others.

If you take an honest look, you know the the bar you set for yourself as a parent, partner, or professional is unreachable.

You think about how things are so effortless for others, and the shame you feel about your own struggles drives you deeper into trying to keep up appearances.

After all you give you are left feeling….

  • like you have lost touch with yourself

  • overwhelmed, stressed, & burnt out trying to finish a To-do list that is never complete

  • disconnected from the ones you love

  • unfulfilled and fearful that life is passing you by

  • unable to be alone with your thoughts without anxiety or sadness taking over

All you want is to get back to feeling like the person you used to be, and even though you’ve tried everything you know, you’re somehow still stuck here.

There is a way out of where you are today.

I provide individuals with an accepting, judgment-free space to explore their feelings. I want to help you find answers to the question.. how do I just feel better?

In therapy with me, we go beyond polite conversation and asking how you feel. I will take the time to really understand what's going on inside your thoughts and using proven methods, we help your mind and body heal and give you practical skills to feel more confident, find more happiness, and build better relationships. How we get there may vary, but no matter which road we take, I’ll be with you through the journey- ready to support you.

I understand that you want a lot in life: a successful job, a happy marriage, well-behaved children, good health, close friends, a tidy home, enjoyable meals, self-care, and hobbies. It can feel overwhelming for one person. However, by changing your perspective, being kind to yourself, and finding a little bit of humor you can achieve a sense of fulfillment in your daily life.
